In Store Shopping
Our retail store is temporarily closed to the public in accordance with government restrictions on retail operations in Ontario.
We will be updating our Facebook page with many in stock items that are available now for pickup or delivery. Customers can place new orders for Solid Wood Furniture, Mattresses and Palliser Upholstery. Please contact the store for assistance. Visit our Facebook Page.
Our builders will continue to operate during the temporary lockdown as their manufacturing businesses are deemed as essential. We therefore do not foresee any additional delays to order fulfillment at this time.
We are currently able to offer curbside pickup to our customers by appointment only.
Please contact us to book your pickup day and time. Once you arrive onsite for your scheduled pickup please call into the store. Our warehouse team will place your items outside, and you will be asked to load them.
Our contactless delivery service is available. We are unable to offer in-home delivery due to current restrictions on our delivery services. Once your order has arrived and is ready for delivery a team member will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.
During the temporary store closure, we will have team members in our offices to answer your inquiries Monday to Saturday 10am-4pm. Outside of those hours you can leave a message and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity. You can also submit your inquiries via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Due to this year's circumstances, there are longer wait times than usual. Our current build time is between 12 - 14 weeks with potential to be longer depending on the order.
Solid Wood Furniture Orders: Our builders are busier than ever and are currently sitting between 12-14 weeks for delivery.
Palliser orders: As Palliser production is dependant on part/cover availability, Palliser is not guaranteed for Christmas delivery, no matter when the order was placed. Palliser shipping is currently closer to 3 - 5 months until further notice.
Mattresses: Sealy and TempurPedic are shipping between 3 - 4 weeks. Stearns & Foster are shipping between 5 - 6 weeks. This is subject to change.

We were in the market for a new bedroom set and we had been scouring the internet and the local area for a store that offered handmade furniture. We had been to a lot of stores where you feel you were being dealt with by a used car salesman. Not so at St. Jacobs Furnishings! They have a very professional staff and helped us make our decision. They are very knowledgeable about all of the companies they deal with. This isn't a big box store where you order and you get it from the warehouse in the same day. This is all handmade furniture and comes in 6-10 weeks. This was a very enjoyable process and they are very price competitive as well. We were so happy with the store that we went back one week later and ordered another handmade piece of furniture.
We needed a specific type of couch for our office and St. Jacobs Furnishings worked with us to choose a fabric and colours that would work for a meeting room. They gave us updates and their delivery people were very professional and had us set up in no time at all. Now we have a beautiful piece to complement the rest of our furniture. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

Great staff, great service, great products, great quality! We ordered a custom deacon's bench for our dining table. Not only did they not hesitate to build it to our specs, but it was done properly, with quality and craftsmanship in mind, right down to the cut on the face of the wood, to the colour of the finish used! everything with it is perfect! It is now well used, but still looks like new with very little maintenance! Thanks, Bob & team, for a great locally made product! Once we are ready for new pieces, we will definitely be back!
We ordered a leather sofa, loveseat and recliner chair and were very pleased with the quality of service and advice given to us by the staff (special thanks to Ben). These guys are INCREDIBLE!!! The customer service is fantastic and the products are superb. We made a large order with dining room table, sideboard, chairs & captain chairs. Upon deliver we realized that there was an error in what was originally ordered/discussed and finalized on the final bill. Without a question, they immediately reordered knowing that it was important for a very special upcoming occasion to have the replacement. Working in an industry whereby customer service and exceeding expectations is important, admittedly I have HIGH expectations. This is one of the truly rare experiences that a company and it's staff have exceeded my exceptions...it was delightful to experience World Class service and an exceptional product with true craftsmanship. Thank you all!
Have bought so many pieces of furniture here! You pay for what you get! It will last for years to come. I will be passing the barn board pieces to my children!
