*Contest Rules: "$2000 Shopping Spree Giveaway"

1. Eligibility:

• The "$2000 Shopping Spree Giveaway" contest is open to all legal residents who are at least 18 years old or older.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of our furniture store are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• - To enter the contest, visit our store during the contest period.
• Look for the designated entry area and complete the official entry form.
• Provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and any other required information.

3. Contest Period:

• The contest begins on Monday, June 12th, 2023 at 9 am EST and ends on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 at 5 pm EST.
• Entries received before the start date or after the end date will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

• One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
• The winner will be chosen within 7 days following the end of the contest period.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days or fails to respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize:

• The winner will receive a $2000 shopping spree gift voucher at St. Jacobs Furnishings Co (Waterloo, Ontario).
• The shopping spree must be redeemed within 1 year (365 days) from the date of notification, as noted on the gift voucher.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.

6. Publicity:

• By participating in the contest, you grant St. Jacobs Furnishings Co. the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without further compensation or consent.

7. General Conditions:

• St. Jacobs Furnishings Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason.
• By participating, you agree to comply with these rules and the decisions made by St. Jacobs Furnishings Co., which are final and binding.
• St. Jacobs Furnishings Co. is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or any technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process.
