An Important Update Regarding COVID-19 (Updated Jan 20th)
Please find below an update regarding our current operations and services.
In Store Shopping
Our retail store is temporarily closed to the public in accordance with government restrictions on retail operations in Ontario.
We will be updating our Facebook page with many in stock items that are available now for pickup or delivery. Customers can place new orders for Solid Wood Furniture, Mattresses and Palliser Upholstery. Please contact the store for assistance. Visit our Facebook Page.
Our builders will continue to operate during the temporary lockdown as their manufacturing businesses are deemed as essential. We therefore do not foresee any additional delays to order fulfillment at this time.
We are currently able to offer curbside pickup to our customers by appointment only.
Please contact us to book your pickup day and time. Once you arrive onsite for your scheduled pickup please call into the store. Our warehouse team will place your items outside, and you will be asked to load them.
Our contactless delivery service is available. We are unable to offer in-home delivery due to current restrictions on our delivery services. Once your order has arrived and is ready for delivery a team member will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.
During the temporary store closure, we will have team members in our offices to answer your inquiries Monday to Saturday 10am-4pm. Outside of those hours you can leave a message and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity. You can also submit your inquiries via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
